Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

We love our products and we hope you do too! If you find that you are unhappy for any reason, please let us know by emailing us within 30 days of purchase at info@pearlandmossbotanicals.ca and we will do our best to assist you.  Please note that we will require your receipt or proof of payment.

Please note that we do not accept returns/process refunds on sale items. Items that are damaged should not be returned and will need to follow the Damaged Items Policy (below).

Any applicable refunds issued for items you are unsatisfied with, will be applied as store credit. Unfortunately, we do not process product returns/exchanges.

Non-Refundable Purchases:

  • Gift Cards

If applicable, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be sent to you via email.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We check and inspect all products when they are hand-packed to make sure they are perfect when they arrive at your doorstep! If you find that your package has arrived damaged, simply take a photo of the damages and email us at info@pearlandmossbotanicals.ca with notes about the damage. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We handle damage claims on a case by case basis. Please do not send damaged products back as return items.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your product, if approved.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at a later date, we will send a store credit (if applicable) to the gift giver and they will be notified of the refund.
