Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via Canada Post. Please allow 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive. If you believe your order has been lost then please email info@pearlandmossbotanicals.ca and we will investigate what’s gone wrong. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Shipping quotes will be provided prior to checkout. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.

We offer flat rate shipping on orders between $75.00 and $99.99 across Canada for $8.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 across Canada.

LEAD/PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2 - 5 business days for order processing (excluding seasonal rush times). We work hard to process your order as soon as possible! If you have an urgent order, please mention “Rush This!” in the “Special Instructions” checkout notes and we’ll try our best to accommodate the accelerated processing time.

FREE LOCAL PICK-UP

If you have selected local pick-up for your method of delivery, you will receive email instructions.

Please note that local pick-up orders are generally processed within 24 hours and are available for pick-up Monday - Friday from 10AM - 7PM. If you require accommodations outside of these hours, please contact us directly at info@pearlandmossbotanicals.ca with your order number in the subject line, or make a note on your order form, under “Special Instructions”.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

Local deliveries occur on Fridays between 12PM - 4PM. This drop-off time will be applicable for any orders received up until 4PM on the Thursday prior. Local delivery dates are subject to change.
